Shopping with Lumaysa

These terms apply to purchases from Lumaysa. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and process orders.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, prices and availability are shown on the product pages. Colors can appear different depending on your screen. The checkout shows the currency, available delivery services and applicable charges before you submit payment. Please review your items and delivery details before placing an order.

Orders and delivery

Please provide accurate contact and shipping information. We normally pack and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This is separate from the carrier transit time. Read our Shipping policy for delivery estimates and international shipping information. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Returns and problems with an order

Our Return and refund policy explains our no change-of-mind returns policy and the exceptions required by applicable law. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation, refund or warranty rights.
